1. Agreement to Terms

By contacting GXN Digital, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, leads, clients, and others who interact with GXN Digital.

2. Services

GXN Digital provides digital marketing services to home service businesses including website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, paid advertising, reputation management, and AI-assisted lead generation. Specific services and fees are outlined in individual client agreements.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and requesting information via text message, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from GXN Digital.

• Message frequency will vary based on your inquiry and service engagement
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

• We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes

4. Client Agreements and Payment

All services are subject to a separate client service agreement. Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel month-to-month services with written notice. Refunds are not issued for work already completed or for the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables created specifically for them. GXN Digital retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, and frameworks. GXN Digital reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and access required to perform services
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials shared with GXN Digital

7. Limitation of Liability

GXN Digital cannot guarantee specific business results including leads generated, revenue increases, or search rankings. Our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve Google, Meta, HubSpot, Twilio, ElevenLabs, Calendly, and others. GXN Digital is not responsible for changes in functionality or availability of these platforms.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. GXN Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
